All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We hand-pack every decant with care to ensure your samples arrive safe and fresh.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders.

You’ll see exact rates and options (including USPS First-Class or Priority) at checkout.

Delivery Time

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–6 business days after processing.

Please allow extra time during holidays or sales due to high volume.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also log into your Decant Box account anytime to check your order status.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier with your tracking number for help. If you’re still having trouble, reach out to us — we’ll do our best to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance samples, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at nicholas@decantbox.com and we’ll make it right.
