The middle brings incense and violet, adding that soft smoky sweetness with a slightly powdery edge. This is where it starts to feel close to Carlisle — warm, textured, and controlled.

The base is leather, oud, and gray musk — smooth, slightly dark, and well blended. Nothing sticks out too aggressively. It just sits together properly.

This is a really good version of the DNA — balanced, not overly sweet, and doesn’t get messy. It keeps the richness but trims the excess.
